10 Things Women Who Value Themselves Do Differently
This month in the Style Your Mind Academy (my personal development community) we’re talking all about what it means to be a woman who values herself. How does she show up? How does she honor herself? What boundaries does she create? What does happiness look like for her? How does she achieve her goals?
I put together this quick guide for some motivation if you’re in the process of reinventing yourself…
10 Things Women Who Value Themselves Do Differently:
They confidently ask for what they want
They listen to their gut and trust themselves
They don’t seek the approval of others
They don’t make decisions in a low vibration
They create clear boundaries and communicate them
They move forward even if nobody understands their vision
They do not make excuses for themselves or for anyone else
They don’t allow their past to determine their future
They don’t put their happiness in the hands of someone else
They know their worth and do not settle for less than what they deserve
It’s important to remember that once you begin evolving, you’re truly never done. It’s a process, so be patient with yourself. Focus on being as self-aware as possible. Look for growth opportunities. Take time for yourself to think about what’s truly important. Keep what’s working in your life, and lovingly discard the rest.
