Rebel Body Babes is more than an accountability and support group. It's a revolution for women who prefer approaching nutrition with a desire vs. discipline. This isn't about strict rules, counting calories, or punishing workouts. Instead, it's about deciding how you want to feel, and following a simple, effortless nutrition plan to help you get there.

My Story:

In 2018 I lost 30+ lbs with a nutrition plan called 2B Mindset and Shakeology. As someone who has been on a diet most of her life, this program was a completely different experience. For the first time ever, losing weight felt easy and empowering. It focused on mindset above everything else. No foods were off limits. I never once felt restricted; instead I felt in control, energized, and unstoppable as I shed the excess weight my body did not need to be carrying around.

I shared my journey with my audience and created space for women with similar weight loss goals. I co-founded Rebel Body Babes with my good friend and fellow coach Andrea Crowder, and together we brought over 700 women into the group. Every day, we checked in and shared our successes, our struggles, and our solutions. We shared meal ideas, progress pics, mindset shifts, and inspiration. The group became a sisterhood and to this day, we're still together!

After COVID rocked our worlds in 2020, I let my self-care go. I was so filled with anxiety that fitness and nutrition seemed like the last things I could focus on. As a result, I gained some weight back, fell out of my routines, and wound up feeling drained, bloated, and not like myself. Can you relate?

I decided 2021 is the year I take my power back. Getting healthy and losing weight is not always a linear process. There are ups and downs, but what counts most is how we get back up. I've recommitted to 2B Mindset and Shakeology, and I'm reenergizing Rebel Body Babes and creating space for more women with the same goals to join our sisterhood.

I will also be holding a monthly Zoom power hour where we'll all get together and share our stories. I'll be giving you lots of meal ideas and other tools to help you succeed.
